Mary Beth Herkert, from Archives, has given testimony on the concerns with the proposed legislation that closely parallels that expressed by or-roots participants - The funeral directors have also expressed concerns as well as an interest in reworking the proposal. The unadopted proposed amendments made the bill quite a bit longer - - 30 pages at least."
