[Orlsta] the Oregon State Library can now accept documents with electronic signatures

As an fyi,  we can now accept electronic signatures.  We will be working this winter on altering our documents to accept a "born digital" signature.  In the meantime, you can scan a signed document and send us the scan.  Scan claims for payment and financial report forms and email to ferol.weyand at state.or.us.
