We have several items to discuss at our meeting on Thursday May 14, 2009
from 1 pm - 4 pm, including the funding criteria, the administrative
rule, and the budget. I have the large meeting room reserved at the
Department's Salem Field office, it is located at:
4275 Commercial Street SE
Building 2, Suite 180
We are trying something new for this spring's meeting, we will be using
"web meeting:, along with the audio conference. The web meeting and
audio conference numbers are at the top of the agenda. There are several
documents for our meeting along with the agenda and instructions for
using web meeting, there is:
The financial report ending March 2009
The quarterly budget report
A summary of ORMAP deposits by county
A summary of the spring grant request
Priority scoring matrix for grant application
Grant weighting and reductions
The current draft of the "ORMAP rule"
The current copy of the funding criteria
The entire packet is also posted on the ORMAP web site.
