[ORMAP-Tech] ORMAP Fund Balance Correction

There was a mistake made in the last quarter's fund calculation (quarter ending June 2010) which affects the ORMAP fund balance and the 20% limit as reported at the October 21, 2010 Tech Group meeting. I have made the corrects below in red.
