The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) has a management Senior Accountant position it is seeking to fill with an experienced accountant who likes variety and enjoys an environment including multiple funding sources.  This position provides guidance to other accounting staff and works closely with a second senior accountant, as well as staff in accounting and throughout the agency, including funders such as federal agencies.  ODFW has field staff throughout the state and operates its headquarters out of south Salem.  The Accounting unit is a part of the Administrative Services Division and is supervised by the ASD Administrator.  Presently involved in several process improvement projects, the unit is focused on improving lead times, data available and managing revenues, expenditures and cash on a progressive basis.

Preference will be given to applicants with governmental experience as well as experience with SFMA and Hyperion. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions about the position.
