We are excited to announce an opening for a permanent Principal Executive/Manager G (Chief Financial Officer), this position reports to the Deputy Director and is located in Salem.  The Financial Services Section collects, analyzes and publishes fiscal and economic data to support the development of policy and informed resource allocation decisions. It researches and develops effective ways to improve the Department's ability to achieve its mission and goals through performance measurement, strategic planning, and continuous improvement strategies. This section also provides actuarial analyses of UI benefit levels, tax collections and Trust Fund reserves; and coordination of the UI portion of the agency's Federal budget request. The primary purpose of this position is: to direct a full range of program functions and the internal operations to meet the outcomes of the agency's strategic plan.  This position oversees internal operations with primary responsibility for directing the administration of three units. This position is a critical business partner with the agency Executive Team.
