Tacoma Community College (TCC) is pleased to invite applications for Program Coordinator Accounts Receivable. This position provides performs responsible administrative work in the day-to-day running of student accounts receivables including third party vendors. This position coordinates the college's payment plan, analyzes and investigates student account issues, provides customer service and communication to students regarding their accounts, and provides fundamental collection processes support for student receivables.

TCC is a comprehensive community college located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, just 35 miles south of Seattle. We are a diverse, creative, and engaging institution - recognized nationally as an Achieving the Dream "Leader College." The Tacoma-Pierce County area, located on beautiful Puget Sound and framed by the Cascade and Olympic mountain ranges, offer residents and visitors a wealth of cultural and recreational opportunities.

This is a full-time position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Flexibility in scheduling is required to meet business needs. The salary range is $2,602 to $3,369 per month.  The College offers a generous benefits package to include: life, health, dental and long-term disability insurance, retirement, vacation and sick leave and holiday pay.
