Marine Board Cancels Strategic Plan Public Workshop Due to Weather

Staff from The Oregon State Marine Board were forced to cancel their LaGrande strategic planning public workshop due to inclimate weather conditions.

The public workshop was scheduled from 7 to 9 pm at the Forestry and Range Science Center, 1401 Geleker Lane.  "We encourage folks to go online and take the strategic planning survey," says Randy Henry, Policy Analyst for the Marine Board.  "Many of the questions are open ended, allowing for new thoughts and ideas to be shared."  Henry encourages boaters to participate.  "We want boaters throughout Oregon to help chart the future of the Marine Board."
