Marine Board Holding Special Executive Meeting



The Oregon State Marine Board will hold a special executive session on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 beginning at 3:30 p.m.  The session will consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f), and will also involve consultation with counsel concerning legal rights and duties regarding current litigation or litigation likely to be filed, pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h).

An "executive session" is defined as "any meeting or part of a meeting of a governing body which is closed to certain persons for deliberation on certain matters" (ORS 192.610(2).  This session is closed to the public.
