Marine Board Holding Special Meeting Friday

Pursuant to ORS 192.640(3), the Oregon State Marine Board is conducting a special meeting on November 18, 2011 at 3:30 p.m.  This meeting is being called as a housekeeping matter in order to confirm delegation by the Board of rulemaking authority to the executive director.
The Board will also be asked to discuss ORS 292.495 and give direction to the agency on its application.
The meeting will be held in the conference room at the Marine Board, 435 Commercial Street NE, Salem, OR.  Persons needing some form of assistance to participate due to a disability should contact June LeTarte at 503-378-2617 prior to 1:00 pm on November 18, 2011.  Persons wishing to address the Board on non-agenda items may do so during the designated period at the start of the meeting.
