Open House: Clackamette Park Boat Ramp Relocation
[OPEN HOUSE  Date: September 15, 2016  Location: City Hall Chambers, 625 Center St., Oregon City, Oregon  Time: 6:00pm to 8:00pm]The City of Oregon City, in partnership with the Oregon State Marine Board and Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife are pursuing a long term solution for the boat ramp at Clackamette Park.  The City is hosting an open house meeting on September 15, from 6 pm to
8 pm to provide information on the relocation, permitting process and estimated timeline.  The Open house will be held at City Hall Chambers, 625 Center Street in Oregon City.
In December 2013, the boat ramp at Clackamette Park was severely damaged resulting in the closure of the boat ramp for boaters' safety.  Recently, a short-term repair was made to the boat ramp to allow boating access while the City finalizes the design and engineering pursues a variety of permit approvals, and secures funding to relocate the boat ramp.
