[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

OSPS is sending out the letters and lists associated with our annual
review of people authorized to request manual checks and/or pay
advances.

You should receive your list within the next two business days.  Please
contact OSPS if you do not receive your list by 9/3/08.

Please review and respond by Friday, 9/19/08.

We do this annual review to ensure good controls and to follow Oregon
Accounting Manual (OAM) 10.00.00.PO and 10.40.00.PO.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you submitted a new authorized signature form within
the last 30 days AND it fully complies with all the rules, you will not
receive a verification letter.
