SUBJECT:  2009 PEBB Table Changes Ahead

In preparation for the 2009 PEBB plan year, OSPS staff members are
making changes to benefit tables and PEBB deduction codes in OSPA.

If you need to see 2008 deduction code rates, please use the date when
you call up a specific deduction code.  For example, to see 2008 rates
for RGNN you would type "PTD2,RGNN,113008" and hit enter.

If you need to see 2008 employer contribution rates, please use the date
when you call up a specific benefit package.  For example, to see 2008
contribution rates for benefit package CO you would type
"PTB1,CO,113008" and hit enter.

We will send another notification when all 2009 PEBB table changes are
complete.
