OSPS E-News ~ Leave Reports Update

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

To assist agencies in managing furlough leave, OSPS created report
E122-077-01 (alpha) and E122-077-02 (RDC) Employee Furlough Leave Used.
This report was first distributed last Friday with other leave accrual
reports.  

 

The OSPA Reference Manual - Chapter 3 Reports Descriptions has been
updated today on the OSPS website for the addition of this report.  The
report guide gives you very useful information about each report.
Report purpose, frequency, management controls, secure storage and
destruction is information that agency management needs to know about
each payroll report.  Also, we always give you data mart associations if
the report can be created out of the payroll data mart.  

 

If your payroll office sends payroll reports to administrators, managers
and field offices,  have you considered sending them a link to the
reports guide?  They will be better informed about the information
provided to them on the report, management controls that are addressed
by the report and alerted to secure storage and destruction guidelines.
