[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

We are aware that the mainframe is currently very slow.  Our programmers
and the State Data Center are working on the problem.  In the meantime
you can continue to work.  If it stops responding, press [PAUSE] to
clear the screen and try again.  If we need to take the mainframe down,
we will send an e-mail.
