OSPS E-News ~ New Microfiche Vendor

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

The state has a new microfiche vendor, BiCom Incorporated.  OSPS staff
have been working with the BiCom to test their production of payroll
fiche and we are ready to change over to the new vendor.  

 

June Run 1 will be the first payroll for which you will receive
microfiche from BiCom.   For this first run, please carefully review the
fiche you receive and contact us if there are any anomalies.  Also, we
want to monitor that BiCom is sending your fiche timely.  If you have
not received your fiche by July 6, please contact us.
