OSPS E-News ~ Furlough Usage Dropped From LARS

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Last night, in preparation for implementation of statewide furlough
structures, July and August "LA" balances were dropped from individual
leave records.  Leave Accrual reports will display beginning balances,
hours taken in August and the total hours dropped.  

 

This adjustment activity will not prevent agencies from using the leave
accrual reports to track furlough hours taken during July and August.
The adjustments were necessary to segregate July and August hours used
from the furlough obligation for September 1, 2009 through June 30,
2011.
