OSPS E-News ~ Advanced Earned Income Credit - Flag Removed From P010

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

With the elimination of the 'advanced' option for Earned Income Credit
implemented by the IRS for tax year 2011, OSPA screen P010 has been
modified to remove the advanced earned income flag and the associated
calculation functionality.   This change was migrated over the weekend.
A sample screen is pasted in below showing the change in the screen
