[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Everyone:

 

 

On behalf of Deb Furry, Campaign Manager for the Charitable Fund Drive,
we are providing the following information.  

 

If you receive paper pledge forms, you are not expected to enter them
into the CFD pledge system or enter them into OSPA.  You may forward
them to the CFD Campaign Management Team at 1410 SW Morrison St, Ste
501, Portland, OR  97205.  The CFD office will enter them into the
pledge system where they will become part of the upload that is done to
OSPA for the payroll deductions.  

 

You may also forward them to the CFD Coordinator for your agency who may
also be receiving paper pledge forms and can send them to the CFD
Campaign Management Office.
