OSPS E-News ~ September OSPA Classes

If you are planning to attend the Frequently Used Screens in OSPA class
on Monday, September 13 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, please register in
iLearnOregon, http://go.usa.gov/iE6 by 5:00 pm tomorrow (Wednesday,
September 8). The class is hands on and will be held at the DAS HRSD
computer lab, Room 105, Veterans' Affairs Building, 700 Summer St. NE,
Salem. We will review the screens that affect time and attendance, PEBB,
PERS, and tax calculations.

I also accidently left the second OSPA class occurring in September off
the September Training News. That class is OSPA / LARS Leave Reports. It
is a seminar style class. It will be on Tuesday, September 21 from 8:30
am to 12:30 pm in the Mt. Hood Room, General Services Building, 1225
Ferry St. SE, Salem. The class covers the following reports: Leave
Accrual Registers, Leave Accrual Adjustments and Transfers, Agency
Employees with Leave Type "CT", OPEU FLSA Exempt Employees with CT / ST
Balances, Lost Leave Accrual CT Balances, Terminated Employees with
Leave Balances, and Leave Adjustments Made to Closed Periods. If you
wish to attend this class, please register in iLearnOregon,
http://go.usa.gov/iE6 by 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 16.
