OSPS E-News ~ OSPA / LARS Leave Reports Class Deadline

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

If you are planning to register for the OSPA / LARS Leave Reports class,
please do so in iLearnOregon, http://go.usa.gov/iE6 by 5:00 pm on
Friday, September 17. The class is Tuesday, September 21 from 8:30 am to
12:30 pm in the Mt. Hood Room, General Services Building, 1225 Ferry St.
SE, Salem.

 

The class will include an overview of the LARS screens and accrual
process and the following reports:

E122-077-01/02 Employee Furlough Leave Used
E460 Leave Accrual -- Adjustments and Transfers
B470 Leave Accrual Registers
E461-01 Leave Adjustments Made to Closed Periods
E404-25-1 Lost Leave Accrual CT Balance
E475-B OPEU FLSA Exempt Employees with Comp Time Balances
E492 Terminated Employees Having Leave Balances
