Furlough Obligation Update:

 

The Mandatory Unpaid Time Off (MUTO) Acknowledgment Form and the
Furlough Obligation Chart are now posted on the HRSD website at:
http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/HR/Reductions.shtml.  

 

The MUTO Acknowledgment Form outlines the conditions associated with
taking mandatory unpaid furlough days. All employees must sign this
form. The agency may also use this form as a request form for floating
furlough days, unless a collective bargaining agreement indicates
another process.

 

The Frequently Asked Questions have been disabled while being revised.
They will be re-posted within a week.

 

The Cost Reduction Directives Policy remains in effect, but it is being
updated. Until the Cost Reduction Directive is updated we are making an
exception to allow management service, unrepresented and unclassified
service employees to take up to two furlough or furlough/closure
combination days per week. 

 

Collective Bargaining Agreements contain furlough/closure information
for represented staff.
