[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

If you are planning to attend the Employee Separations in OSPA class on
June 10 and have not already registered in iLearnOregon

), please do so by 5:00 pm on Monday, June 6.

 

The class is from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Room 105, Veterans' Affairs
Building, 700 Summer St. NE, Salem

This is a hands-on class in the computer lab. (We are not offering an
iLincOregon session.)

 

We will follow the Recommended Practice on Employee Separations
http://oregon.gov/DAS/SCD/OSPS/docs/pubs/practice/practiceseparations.pd
f , which includes final check dates, adjusting and paying off leave,
and evaluating deductions for the final pay. We will also look at
reports that have separation information.

 

As a reminder, SCD has the policy of charging a $50.00 fee if a student
registers for a hands-on class in a computer lab and does not attend and
does not cancel 48 hours before the class or send a substitute.
