Subject: [hrmgr-net] PPDB Unavailable on Friday, 7/1/11

 

On Friday, July 1, 2011, the Position and Personnel Data Base (PPDB)
system will not be available until the implementation of the new agency
Oregon Health Authority (44300) is completed. As you are aware in June
2009, the Oregon Legislature approved HB2009 creating the establishment
of Oregon Health Authority (44300) effective 07/01/11. We will be
transferring, through a mass update process, approximately 4,000
employee/position records into the new agency. 

 

Once the implementation is completed and validated, the PPDB system will
be brought back up; our goal is to have the system available no later
than 1:00 pm that same day.
