[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

State Data Center is working on brining the mainframe up.  They are
having some issues this morning.  They did not give us a timeframe of
when it will be back up, but we are hopeful it will be soon.  Thanks for
your patience.
