[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good afternoon,

On Friday, November 25th, OSPS, in conjunction with PEBB, will be
updating the Oregon Statewide Payroll Application with the changes and
data for the 2012 PEBB Plan Year.  OSPA will not be available beginning
Wednesday, November 23rd from 6:00 pm until Saturday, November 26th at
7:00 am.  No online or interface transaction activities will be
permitted in OSPA during this time.

OSPA will already be offline for Thanksgiving so we thought that Friday
would be a good day to migrate this year's PEBB changes.  We are hoping
that since Friday is a furlough office closure day for most agencies
that having OSPA down does not cause too much inconvenience for our
customers.
