OSPS E-News ~ Frequently Used Screens in OSPA Class

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

If you are planning to attend the Frequently Used Screens in OSPA class
on September 13 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and have not yet registered,
please register in iLearnOregon, http://go.usa.gov/0TQ  by the end of
the work day on September 8. The class will be in the Mt. Hood Room,
General Services Building, 1225 Ferry St. SE, Salem.

 

Students must currently have access to OSPA. We will explore the PTB1,
PTB2, PTD1, PTD2, PTW1, P010, P030, P032, P160, P430 and the time entry
screens within the context of job status, time in attendance, PEBB, PERS
and payroll taxes.

 

Just a reminder that SCD charges a $50.00 fee when a student is
registered for an OSPS class conducted in a computer lab and does not
cancel 48 hours prior to the class or send a substitute.
