Hello all,

OSPS Help Desk has received requests to issue separation checks for employees that have a 010113 set on P190 because the agency missed setting December P010 dates.  If you have this same issue and need to have the December Run 1 set reversed so the termination wages record to tax year 2012 (instead of 2013), please send an email in the format below to the Help Desk. Format for email -

Subject line:  December R1 Set Reversal

Agency payroll did not set P010 dates for December terminations prior to run 1 and need OSPS to reverse the December Run 1 set(s) for the following employee(s).  After the reversal is complete, Agency payroll will set the P010 term dates so the wage information can be recorded to the 2012 tax year.
