OSPS E-News ~ 2/14 Manual Checks Are in Lockboxes

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

P&D delivered the manual checks from February 14 this morning. OSPS has
distributed them to lockboxes and the shuttle. P&D and SDC have not yet
fixed the transmission problem; but, they printed yesterday's checks
through a work around. If the problem has not been fixed by our normal
manual check deadline today, they will employee the work around to
insure that checks are available by the normal 3:00 pm deadline. Again,
we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate our SDC and P&D
partners who have worked out a temporary solution.

For those of you with manual checks for today, we have not yet heard
from P&D. For those of you with checks for terminations / separations,
you may want to notify the affected manager and explore the option of an
agency check. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we will keep

problems between the Print Plant and the State Data Center. We will let
