[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Effective July 1, DAS has officially modified its website addresses to mirror the new internal structure.

DAS has redirects in place for most pages, however redirects are a temporary solution.  Please update your bookmarks, favorites, saved links, or other DAS webs addresses to the new navigation structure as soon as practical.

For OSPS, this means our new address is:  http://oregon.gov/DAS/EGS/FBS/OSPS/ .

This message provides detail on changes to the DAS website due to DAS' reorganization. Please share it with your agency's webmasters for Oregon.gov and agency intranets.

The document linked above maps existing program websites to new URLs that take effect July 2. If your agency links to DAS content, please review the attached and update any affected links on July 2 or as soon as possible thereafter. Note that the URL for the top level of the DAS site will not change. For the names of other websites that will not change, see below.

By July 2, DAS will send a message statewide so that end-users will understand the need to review DAS bookmarks, tabs and favorites and make any updates.

The top level, http://oregon.gov/DAS, remains unchanged. Other DAS sites that remain unchanged are:

*         Enterprise Risk Management  http://oregon.gov/DAS/ERM
o   ERM is a relatively new site; the more heavily trafficked Risk Management program site will change (see attachment for details).
