OSPS E-News ~ New OSPA Timesheet Project Update

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good afternoon,

 

Early last year we were asked by DAS Publishing and Distribution (P&D)
if we could use another type of timesheet as they planned to stop
supporting the Impact Printer that OSPS uses for our multi-copy NCR
timesheets.  For the next few months we worked with agencies and P&D to
design a new version of the timesheet (single page) that would allow for
expanded hours for the schedule forecasting.

 

OSPS has completed the design, programming and testing for this new
single-copy timesheet (both short and long) and will move the changes
into OSPA production soon.  June is the final pay period that the
multi-copy NCR timesheets will be printed by Publishing and
Distribution.

 

Please share this information with your employees that currently use the
NCR timesheets.
