Good morning,

Due to circumstances beyond our control, neither of our OSPS/PSS Help Desk staff are in the office today.  Please be sure to use the Help Desk email address and phone number noted below if you need assistance so other OSPS staff may respond.

With the limited resources today, we will need to limit manual check processing to termination and emergency check request processing only.  Be sure to clearly mark the reason for a manual check request.  We will notify agency payroll contacts of any manual check requests that will not be processed today.
