[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good Afternoon all!

PSS has put together a "2012 Year End Timeline/Reminders" document for your use (see attached.)  The purpose of the timeline portion is to provide each of you dates with reminders of what steps can and cannot be done.  This will hopefully be handy for those new to the state who are experiencing yearend for the first time and also provide some helpful reminders to our more seasoned payroll people.  Many of these dates are a "last day to do" reminder so it's prudent to be proactive whenever feasible to perform these actions.  We followed that with a "critical reports" section.  That is a list of the reports which need to be reviewed and possibly corrections that may need to be made in OSPA by each agency.  We've added some hints and date reminders of when these reports need to be worked.
