[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello everyone,


OSPS has completed the outdate processing for all DPT/DPN/DPS gross pay adjustments effective 11/30/12.  Please go to your agency's PDF reports menu under Quarterly and Yearly Reports to

find and review your Gross Pay Adjustments Outdate Report.  (E820-1 Yearly DPT-DPN

Gross Pay Adjustment Outdate)



For PEBB Plan year 2013, you will need to add new Domestic Partner Imputed Value Gross Pay Adjustments.



We have also completed the NAUPA Stale Dated checks process.  Please review your E701-030-A OUTSTANDING CHECKS TO BE PURGED FROM CHECK RECON report for the checks that have been sent to State Lands for your agency.
