[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good morning,

This morning you may notice that some of the OSPA screens now include the date and region name in the upper right hand corner.  This is part of a phased in project OSPA began earlier this year.  Phase one, migrated last night added this information to the following agency-viewed screens:

PMSG  Message Screen
PTB1 BENEFIT PACKAGE TBL
PTB2 BENEFIT PACKAGE CODES
PTD1 PAYROLL DEDUCTION TABLE
PTD2 PAYROLL DED/PLAN CODES
PTD3 PAYROLL DED/PLAN FEES
PTW1 WORK SCHEDULE TABLE
PTW2 WORK SCHEDULE TABLE
PUIS USER ID SCREEN

Coming soon will be phases two and three which include time-sheet, deduction, gross pay adjustment, the P370, and many more screens.  If you have any questions or concerns about this change please contact the Help Desk or any other of the OSPS staff.
