[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,

OSPA will not accept P190 corrective flags for any 2013 month except November.

This means that we in OSPS cannot process manual checks, payment notifications, or other corrections in any month except November.  We are getting many requests to do so but it cannot be done.

Move your 2013 corrections into November.

EXCEPTION:  December terminations cannot have ANY corrective flags, not even November.  Move all those corrections into December.

Remember since we're at year end, every "normal" action needs to be considered in the light of affecting the W-2.  Please be vigilant through December Run 2 final cutoff on 1/9/2014.  Then you can go back to "normal".  Thank you.
