[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

If you are planning to attend the New Employees in OSPA class on January 11 and have not already registered in iLearnOregon, please do so by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, January 8. The class is in the DAS Computer Lab (Mt. Hood Room), General Services Building, 1225 Ferry SE, Salem from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on January 11.

This is a hands-on class. You will need a current OSPA userid and password.

We will walk through the basic process for setting up a new hire in OSPA. In addition, we will talk about PEBB opt out, decline benefits and domestic partner coverage.

Just a reminder, while we do not charge for classes taught by OSPS staff, DAS Financial Business Systems does charge a $50 no-show fee if a student who is registered for a class held in a computer lab does not attend, send a substitute or cancel 48 hours prior to the class.
