OSPS E-News ~ FW: Problem with Leave Accrual Run

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Update:

We have identified the issues related to Personal Business (PB), Straight Time (ST) and Additional Vacation (VF) and will be implementing an automated update to correct these codes.  If you have or plan to correct these leave balances on the P435 screen please hold off until we have completed this fix.  Also please hold off on distributing the leave accrual reports to your supervisors and management.  We are working on creating a report to reflect these corrections.  This report should be ready early next week.

Good morning,

Last night there was an issue with the leave accrual processing in production.  Personal Business (PB), Straight Time (ST), and Additional Vacation (VF) accruals did not process as anticipated.  We are working with our programmers to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We will let you know when this has been resolved and what steps we will take to provide corrected leave reporting for the June pay period.
