OSPS E-News ~ New Pay Codes Added Thru October 2013

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

All,

Over the past several weeks OSPS has implemented a few new pay codes.  Here is the list:

CSQ - Contract Status Quo Pay.  Any agency that does not have a ratified or tentative agreement in place for health benefits (PEBB) by December run 1 will see this pay code used to keep all employees' core benefits under the prior collective bargaining agreement.  (P050)
LDA - Lateral Differential Assignment.  SEIU only, see Article 26, Section 12. (PPDB code only)
SDK - AOC Differential of $1.50.  See Article 36, Section 1 & 2.  This is for the TF benefit package for Oregon State Fire Marshal.  (P003 & P004)
SDL - Shift Differential Nurses 6-12 MOS Forensics for 0.75.  See Article 20, LOA #10.  This is for the CQ benefit package for OHA - OSH Nurses.  (P003 & P004)
SDM - Shift Differential Nurses 13-24 MOS Forensics for 1.00.  See Article 20, LOA #10.  This is for the CQ benefit package for OHA - OSH Nurses.  (P003 & P004)
SDQ - Shift Differential Nurses 25+ MOS Forensics  for 1.25.  See Article 20, LOA #10.  This is for the CQ benefit package for OHA - OSH Nurses.  (P003 & P004)
SDR - Shift Differential Nurses Harbor only  for 0.50.  See Article 20, LOA #10.  This is for the CQ benefit package for OHA - OSH Nurses.  (P003 & P004)
SDT - Shift Differential Temporary Assignment for 1.00.  See LOA - Voluntary & Involuntary Temporary Reassignments.  This is for the CA benefit package for DHS SOCP.  (P003 & P004)
WID - Workers Inmate Differential.  SEIU only, DMV specific, see Article 26.3A.  (P003 & P004)

Codes currently being worked on:
LR - Legislative Required Leave.  HB3263 - Granted paid leave for victims of stalking, domestic violence, harassment, or sexual assault.  Up to 160 hours per calendar year.
