[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

All,

Due to the P190/P191 registers not being loaded from March Final Run 2 the following applies today for manual check requests:

*         Only pay advances and terminations for the April pay period will be processed.

*         Corrections and prior pay period requests will NOT be processed.

*         If there are terminations that require a prior pay period payout it must be put into the April pay period.  This can be done on the P050 screen.

*         Check re-writes will NOT be processed.

Also a heads up to anyone looking at a P370 for a closed pay period.  Since the P190/P191 register screens did not update the P370 is still populating information for closed pay periods, like March Run 2.  For example, if you are looking at an employee for a corrective you set in January it will still show up on the P370.  This will be cleared once the P190/P191 is updated.

OSPS will be restoring P190/P191 screens starting at the noon hour with the plan on having it finished today.
