[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Update:  The following schedule is for November Run 2.

Prelim - tonight
Final Run 2 - Tuesday December 9th
Load SFMA - Tuesday December 9th
Post SFMA - Wednesday December 10th
Load ePayroll - Wednesday December 10th
ACH Stops - Thursday December 11th
November LARS Available - Thursday December 11th
November Datamart Available - Thursday December 11th

The changes here are the 'Load & Post SFMA' processes have been moved up a day earlier than usual  Typically the 'Load SFMA' is a day after Final and the 'Post SFMA' a day after that .  This was done to keep the prior agreement with SFMS and allow for an additional day prior to month end close on December 12th.

Again I apologize for this confusion.

Payroll Professionals,

Prelim did not run last night.  The dates on the mainframe scheduler per the programmers is December 5th for Prelim and December 9th for Final Run 2.  OSPS is looking into what happened and apologize for this last minute change.

We will send out an update soon.

Recap:  As of now Prelim is December 5th and Final is December 9th.
