OSPS E-News ~ Prelim Run 2 - Supervisor Lock Reports

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

All,

If your agency is using ODT (Online Daily Time / P004 & P005) then this applies to you.  Supervisors use the P006 screen to lock time for employees they manage and previously these two reports (ETV8L & ETV8N) 'Supervisor with Lock' and 'Supervisor without Lock' were generated only after Final Run 2.  OSPS has added these reports to Prelim Run 2.  Now payroll offices will be able to review these prior to Final Run 2.
