OSPS E-News ~ Batch Time Capture Report

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,

For those agencies that interface with OSPA you will notice with each Prelim run there are two 'B010A Batch Time Capture' reports.  One is a PDF and the other can be imported into excel and says 'Agency spreadsheet' at the end of it.  This report can be separated out by using the 'Text to Columns' feature under the 'Data' tab in excel, office 2013.

The difference between the two reports is the spreadsheet includes 'RDC and 'Crew' information pulled from the P030 screen.
