[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Payroll Professionals,

OSPS is excited to announce the launch of the ePayroll Portal into production on September 18th.

Due to the migration, the ePaystub system will be unavailable from 12 pm to 3 pm on the 18th while the migration takes place.  We put a message on the ePaystub login page for employees to see on Monday September 15th.

Now regarding the Admin website...functionality will remain basically the same with a few visual changes.

Changes you will see as the portal replaces ePaystub:


*         Instead of starting at the search (OR#) screen, you will be able to access employee profiles by EITHER last name or OR number.

*         The new search screen will also have a "group" box that will be greyed out unless your agency is using eTime.

*         The "opt in" check box on the profile screen will now say "ePaystub" and  will allow you to enroll an employee in ePaystub.

*         NEW "Time" and "Groups" menu items.  These menu items are shown but will be greyed out unless your agency decides to use the eTime program.

*         Under "Reports", there will be two new eTime related options - Approval Status and Groups.  Both will be greyed out unless your agency is using eTime.
