OSPS E-News ~ 2015 YE Reminder - December Terms and November Correctives

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,



If you have a December term do not set a corrective for November.  (December P010 dates and November correctives do not play nice with each other.)



Setting the P010 in this scenario will result in corrections to both the 2015 and 2016 employee's W-2s.

If you set a November corrective for a current employee and money is involved you need to request a manual check, you cannot let it run with December run 1 payroll as November wages will now become 2016 wages.
