OSPS E-News ~ Daily Forecast Reminder for Holidays

Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application osps-news at listsmart.osl.state.or.us

Hello Payroll Professionals,

For agencies entering time on P005/4 and/or eTime, OSPS wanted to send out a reminder on how OSPA forecasts hours for full time employees whose work schedule is less than 8 hours on the holiday.

OSPA will typically move the remaining HO hours back a work day. For January 1st the additional HO hours will be pushed forward to the first scheduled work day afterwards. For example, an employee who's standard schedule is 4 hours on Friday January 1, and the next scheduled work day is Monday January 4th, the additional 4 hours of HO would populate on Monday.

See attachment for some examples.

Thanks,
