[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,

We're sending emails to payroll management staff regarding the annual process to review people authorized to sign for pay advances and for off-cycle manual checks.  They should receive an email today or tomorrow.

Please take a look at the streamlined introduction letter and response process.  This year we are making things a bit easier on payroll staff who process payroll for more than one agency number.  We are also streamlining the process to delete an authorized person.

We're giving the standard three weeks to respond.  We will follow up on non-responsive agencies beginning 9/22/15.  Thank you for your prompt attention to this annual process.
