OSPS E-News ~ SEIU monthly file is now ready

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll professionals,

SEIU has sent their monthly file and it is ready for you to begin processing.  The file contains the following values under 'Member Type':

M - this employee should be setup with a member deduction code (DONN) starting in the July pay period.  You will need to verify and add the issues code (TDNN) and Cape deduction code if noted on the file too.
N - this employee should have all SEIU related deduction codes deleted in the July pay period.

This file was larger than normal and it is very important to make all these changes prior to July final run 1.

Here is an example of the file when it is imported into excel.
