[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

UPDATE:  We received the checks now.  We are processing them and will be distributing them into the lockboxes shortly.  If your agency took other measures to produce payments then you will need to cancel and return those checks back to us.

I have asked print plant to address this issue and come up with an alternative solution in case there are future incidents.

UPDATE:  We have not received an ETA from print plant for the manual checks.  If your agency needs to produce a payment then please proceed with an agency revolving fund check or talk to your accounting department about a warrant from SFMA.

Payroll professionals,

We have been informed that DAS PnD had trouble receiving and now printing our daily manual check file.  There is no current ETA on when they will be ready.  As soon as they are printed I will be leaving to go pick them up.

Look for a message on the 'PMSG' page in OSPA for when checks have been delivered to the lock boxes.
