[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll professionals,

This is a reminder about the union reports that are available on every prelim run 1.  These are mandatory reports that must be worked.  Each payroll office is responsible for setting up employees with the appropriate union deduction codes.

These are the names of the reports and will have your agency number in front of it.

DAS OSPS' responsibility is to produce the report.  We are not responsible for entering deductions on the P070 or reconciling the changes that happen.  The attached PDF is a handout from our October forum regarding this process.  Do not forget to follow the steps on page 2 and 3 of the pdf regarding the reconciliation part.
